Let dry

Leave the rug out in the sun to dry. If it is cloudy, cold day, you can dry in a garage area using saw horses or PVC pipe (don’t set on sharp services as this will create creases in the rug). Flip the rug over occasionally. This will help the rug dry thoroughly. Sun drying will help to whiten your fringe, which is an added benefit.
